We spend the day foraging through the woods of the Chilterns and discussing all things food. Broaching all sorts of subjects from food sustainability to ancient and revisited recipes. The day culminated in a meal cooked by the fabulous chef Jon Parry at the Mash Inn, all the food was cooked on an open fire and again lended itself to yet more discussion and intrigue on all sorts that is the food world.
A really interesting and intriguing day out, and really is some of the great things about the food industry and being part of it. Making friends and breaking bread. I wanted to share with you the images and keep an eye out for more on this in the chilterns food magazine.
